I am an assistant professor in the political science department of the University of Pennsylvania. I earned my Ph.D. in the department of Politics at Princeton University, where I received a Harold W. Dodds Fellowship.
I am broadly interested in international relations and foreign policy. My research crosses international political economy, international law, and international security, examining the domestic politics of international negotiations and cooperation.
Prior to returning to academia, I was a Director with the Association of Academic Health Centers, where I focused on best practices for international research and operations. I also worked for Sidley Austin LLP, where I was the lead legal assistant on the Airbus-Boeing WTO disputes and worked on ICSID, antidumping, countervailing duties, and trade remedies cases.
