Exhibit organized by the Center for Italian Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, with the Kislak Center for Special Collections, Rare Books and Manuscripts.

In the occasion of the Settimana della cucina italiana (Italian cuisine week) organized by the Consulate General of Italy in Philadelphia (Nov. 13-20).
