Weekly Fitness Classes

Weekly 2017/2018 fitness classes are available on a variety of fitness areas – yoga, meditation, walking – to all SAS Computing employees. Clare Din is certified to teach various form of Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga. She has completed over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training and has over 1,200 hours of yoga teaching experience. Yoga classes are geared towards beginning yoga students.

Yoga classes are currently scheduled on demand.
Walking groups are scheduled on Fridays, 12-1pm, depending on interest.
