The rooms are set! The conference will be located at McNeil Building, home of the Events department at Penn. Our three sessions will be held in classrooms 285, 309, and 410. Coffee, lunch, and dinner will be catered in the atrium outside room 285, and the location of the happy hour is tbd. The Sheraton University City Hotel is located at 3549 Chestnut Street, only a slightly farther walk than the Inn at Penn. The website is at Philadelphia Sheraton, and the phone number is 215-387-8000. Rates are from $219/night.

For those flying, we recommend flying into Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). The metro offers a train to the city from which the university is accessible, or taxis are available.
Regional rail routes, or rails from NYC or from the south, will transport you to the 30th street station, 7-8 blocks from the Inn at Penn and the conference location.
Taxis from both the PHL and the 30th street station are available from nearby taxi stands.
