Shangda Li (Brooks) grew up in Jinan, Shandong, China, a city boasting lots of springs. Shangda has just risen from his junior year at School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in Shanghai Jiao Tong University and will spend 5 months in the group. He has conducted research on organic synthesis as well as polymer electrolytes and binders for lithium-air batteries. When he is not fussing with experiments, Shangda can be found playing table tennis or watching American movies and TV series.
