Latest Paper in PNAS Unravels the Complexity of Lectin-Carbohydrate Interactions

The group has published a new paper inĀ Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. The work presents a platform for interrogating the binding interactions between lectins and carbohydrates via agglutination assays. This approach is applied to understand the complex interplay between lectin structure, glycodendrimersome surface charge, glycan density, and cross-linking.
