On May 11th, students and staff members from Girl’s High School and Mastery-Shoemaker Secondary School participated in a high school ethics bowl workshop, which took place at the Graduate School of Education (GSE) building on Penn’s campus. The workshop, organized by Dustin Webster, was designed to faciliate the students’ participation in ethics bowl competitions by reviewing and discussing cases and structure of bowl matches. A number of Penn’s P4Y people have been working with the students in recent weeks and also joined in help with this event. We also are grateful for the participation of Professor Sigal Ben-Porath. It was a dynamic and enjoyable session, and we look forward to continuing our work with these great students!
