SCEW offers small grants of up to $2,500 to support research – and research-related activities – relevant to social or cultural evolution. We will consider any application that fits this description, for which sufficient funds are not already available to you, although we prioritize funding early-career researchers. (Applications must detail all other funding available to you that could be used for this purpose.) Research-related activities can include the dissemination of research (e.g., travel to conferences) as well as primary research.

In the latter case, please include a letter of support in your application. Other documents required include a one-page proposal, a budget, and a CV.
