Event 5 – Mental Health Workshop “De-stress During the Stressful Time – Let’s Have Tea and Desserts”

The 5th Mental Health Event in the 2022 Penn Mental Health Wellness Series concluded with an interactive workshop focusing on various de-stressing strategies and techniques. The workshop was led by five Penn Nurses & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Students during which students were taught on how to practice chair yoga and acupressure to help relieving headaches and promoting relaxation. In the meantime, students also had the opportunity to enjoy delicious snacks and boba milk tea, as  well as  to make their own bracelets for relaxation.
