The conference will be held from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm on August 13th and 14th.

Note that a few small changes were made. Only a handful of people were affected, and as far as we know no new schedule conflicts were created. As always feel free to email us with questions!
Each paper will be given 1 hour and 10 minutes, including time for discussants.
We will have 3 rooms, each room will have 5 sessions each for the 2-day conference, for a total of approximately 30 accepted papers. Coffee and lunch breaks will be allotted throughout each of the two days, along with a dinner and happy hour the first night.
Please note! For a short time the website incorrectly listed the date of the conference as August 14th/15th. The correct dates of the conference are August 13th/14th, Thursday/Friday. All emails from EventCon have correctly listed the dates so we hope this did not cause too much confusion.
