Sarah’s research is primarily looking at the properties of stable glasses formed by Physical Vapor Deposition of various organic molecules, particularly mechanical properties as measured by nanoindentation. In her spare time, she is working on improving attitudes surrounding diversity and inclusion in the department, and raising two cats to be really poorly behaved.
