I am a senior at East China Normal University and come to GEFLOW to attend a summer internship for about 3 months. I am now interested in flood modelling, through which we can predict vulnerable areas, thus making better pre-disaster management. My research here focuses on flood simulation of Schuylkill River to investigate floods caused by the river under different boundary conditions and study the impact of the floods on adjacent unban landscape of Philadelphia.
