Sandy is an undergraduate chemistry major at Macalester College in Minnesota. He joined the Goldberg group in the summer of 2025 as an REU student and is working with Ben to investigate how molecular oxygen inserts into platinum-methyl complexes. Outside of the lab, Sandy likes to read, play volleyball, listen to music, and cook.
