About me

I am a fourth year PhD student in Applied Math & Computational Science (AMCS) at the University of Pennsylvania. My advisor is Paris Perdikaris, and together we study how machine learning can be used in scientific computing to speed up physical simulations and other cool things! You can learn more about my research here. Before joining UPenn, I received a BS in Math and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Chicago in 2020. I have had the privilege to be born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, a wonderful city where I’ve lived most of my life.

My pronouns are he/him/his. Not sure what this means? Feel free to check out the info here: https://pronouns.org/ 🙂
