Kelsea is pursuing her MPA at the University of Pennsylvania with an interest in youth program development, youth advocacy, and youth-led initiatives. She came to Philadelphia after graduating in Anthropology at the University of Central Florida to conduct field and urban archaeology. In her current position as the Teen and Undergraduate Engagement Coordinator at the Penn Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology she oversees the Teen Ambassador Program, the Teen Summer Internship, and the Clio Society. Her interests in how nonprofits use data-driven analysis to build meaningful and sustainable programs led her to the ImpactED fellowship. In addition to working full-time and completing her master’s, she runs a small online jewelry business called Ophidian Guild.
