My name is Joelle Gross and I am the Assistant Director of Data Science & Analytics at University of Pennsylvania. I am also a Decision Desk Exit Poll Analyst for NBC News.

I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, Economics and a minor in Survey Research and Data Analytics. After graduating from Penn I spent two years working as a research associate with the MIT Election Data & Science Lab in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
