African American Resource Center (AARC)

AARC provides advocacy, counseling, information & referral, workshops, and informational sessions throughout the academic year with the aim of enhancing the quality of life of faculty, staff, and students at the University of Pennsylvania with a particular focus on those of African descent.

Career Services

Career Services offers an extensive array of services to graduate and professional students including resume review, practice interview, workshops, and on-campus recruiting.

Emergency Backup Child Care

The University provides subsidized Emergency Backup Child Care to eligible full time students enrolled in on-campus programs and to full-time post docs. To access the benefits, students and post docs must first join the Family Center.

Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center provides supportive services to student parents at Penn.

Financial Wellness @ Penn

Financial Wellness @ Penn aims to enhance students’ financial well-being through personal finance education, tools, and resources.

Graduate Student Center

The Graduate Student Center, at 3615 Locust Walk, is the centrally-located hub for graduate and professional students at Penn. Students are invited to relax, work, and enjoy the Center and its resources. You can keep up with Graduate Student Center events and activities via their website and social media.

Intercultural Center

TheAlbert M. Greenfield Intercultural Center is Penn’s resource for enhancing student’s intercultural knowledge, competency, and leadership through our programs, advising, and advocacy.

International Student and Scholar Office (ISSS)

ISSS aims to provide immigration assistance as well as a sense of community for the international population at Penn. More information about their services and resources can be found here.

La Casa Latina

La Casa Latina works closely with the Penn community to offer a supportive environment where all students are welcomed and engaged in programs, events, and dialogues that address important issues affecting Latinxs/Hispanics locally, nationally, and internationally.

LGBT Center

Through education, support, and advocacy the LGBT Center cultivates a campus climate where all students, regardless of their gender or sexual identity, can live authentically.

Makuu

Makuu, the Black Cultural Center, serves as a cultural hub for campus activities, activism, and personal, professional, and academic growth in order to increase resources and connections to the Penn community.

Pan-Asian American Community House (PAACH)

Pan-Asian American Community House (PAACH) is a hub of academic, personal, and professional growth for Penn students interested in Asian American culture and the Asian American Diaspora.

Penn Card

The PennCard is the official University of Pennsylvania identification card for students, faculty, staff, and other members of the Penn community. The PennCard is used for many activities including building access, recreation and library services, and PennCash purchases. You can obtain a new or replacement PennCard from the PennCard office.

Penn Libraries

From quiet study spaces to research support, Penn Libraries offers students with endless resources to help them achieve success.

Penn Libraries IT Help Desk

Penn Libraries offers IT service and support with printing, scanning, computing, and software applications.

Penn Women’s Center

The Penn Women’s Center’s aims to promote gender justice, and to empower, support, and advance personal and professional development. The Center offers support, resources, and programming throughout the academic year.

Student Employment Office

Office of Student Employment offers on-campus and off-campus internship opportunities.

Technology Support

Graduate students in need of technology support/assistance can utilize Penn’s Tech Center which is located on the Ground Floor of Van Pelt Library.

Wellness at Penn 

The Wellness at Penn initiative offers opportunities to reflect and engage on issues of wellness, stress, mental health, resilience, happiness, personal and academic goals, and the meaning of success.

Weingarten Center

The Weingarten Center is Penn’s office for academic support and disability services. The Center provides professional instruction in skills such as academic reading, writing, and study strategies free of charge to Penn students.
