Office: VLEST Room 443
Kelly grew up in Phoenixville, PA. She completed her B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry at the College of William & Mary. In her undergraduate and Master’s work, Kelly used single molecule fluorescence spectroscopy to study the electron transfer kinetics of organic photosensitizers, under the mentorship of Dr. Kristin Wustholz. Prior to joining the Mallouk group, she applied ultrafast pump-probe and 2D electronic spectroscopies to investigate the photophysics of model light-harvesting complexes, under the mentorship of Dr. Jessica Anna.
Currently, as a graduate student in the Mallouk group, Kelly is studying charge transfer kinetics in Z-scheme solar water splitting systems.
Outside of the research lab, Kelly enjoys reading, running, going to concerts, and exploring Philadelphia.
