The Materiality of Migration project was launched in 2020 by the Penn Cultural Heritage Center at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, with support from Perry World House, Brock University, Princeton University, and Stanford University. We represent a group of archaeologists, artists, historians, and museum professionals committed to documenting forced migration through objects, spaces, landscapes, and stories.
