Ian Bernardin

Favorite philosophy course:

What is Life: I enjoyed the conversation and camaraderie in this class.  Also, nothing speaks philosophy like the name ‘What is Life?’

Favorite non-philosophy course:

My writing seminar: I began to think more in terms of evidence and conclusion; this thinking has been extremely helpful in my writing.

Groups you were involved with at Penn:

Collegium, Penn Running Club, French House

Post-graduation plans:

I am working as a legal intern in Philadelphia.

Favorite Penn memory:

I enjoyed running at Pottruck in the mornings.

Leave a message for your fellow philosophers:

If someone tells you you’ll never get a job with a philosophy degree, remind them that you go to an Ivy League school.
