Presentation Submission Guidelines

This year’s student presentations will be uploaded in May.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: 

Any Penn undergraduate with a faculty-supervised research project in Philosophy.

PREPARING AND SUBMITTING YOUR PRESENTATION:

There are three options for presentation submissions. All presentation submissions must include the following at minimum:

  • Your name, major, and graduation year
  • Your photo (max file size 2MB)
  • Your project title
  • The name of your faculty supervisor
  • An abstract of your presentation (max 500 words)

OPTIONS:

Easiest:

  1. Submit Photo & title & abstract (100-500 words) by May 1.

Easier:

  1. Submit Photo & title & abstract (100-500 words) by May 1.
  2. Submit PDF of paper by May 11.

Standard:

  1. Submit Photo & title & abstract (100-500 words) by May 1.
  2. Submit video/voice-over slides by May 11.

POSTER AND VIDEO FORMATTING:

  • Your video should be limited to 5 minutes.
    • Host your video on a private YouTube link and email the link to the Undergraduate Coordinator to be embedded on this site.
