Past President and Founding Member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations
Larry is a principal and a founder principal of CFAR a management consulting firm with offices Philadelphia and Boston, He is the founder and director of CFAR’s Dynamics of Consulting Program, a program for experienced coaches and consultants. He is a past president and a founding member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations. He was a faculty member of the Social Systems Science Program at the Wharton School. He has a PhD in Economics from MIT.
He is the author of The Workplace Within: The Psychodynamics of organizational Life and Reworking Authority, both published by MIT Press. He has a blog which addresses psychodynamic issues associated with current business events.
