25 years and Older: Four Year Degree (Left: 1950 vs Right: 2021)

In the right image, the surrounding area where the theater was, has a community of 25% and higher who have gained a bachelor’s degree. However, the section in which the theater is placed has a percentage of 15%.

Total Population: Black Demographic (Left Image: 1940 Census vs. Right Image: ACS 2021)
The image shows a demographic of the total population of black citizens living in the area. The image on the left is a census collected from 1940 where the population of black citizens was less than 10%, the outskirts of where the theater placed and even further show around 60% and more black citizens living in the area. The image on the right shows that 75% and more of the citizens living in the area surrounding what used to be our theater now hold black citizens.
