Why so many Americans do not accept evolutionary theory and climate science? Very few high-quality data
are available for assessing these questions. Most national surveys have asked only crude questions and
have focused almost exclusively on human evolution, without considering people’s views on non-human evolution or on the nature of science in general.

The PLUS project aims to change this. We are conducing in-person interviews, laboratory experiments, and national surveys. And we are producing new documentary materials to be distributed to the general public. Click here to find out more.
