I grew up in Utah, Texas, and Colorado and am grateful for a wonderful family. In addition to mathematics, I enjoy nature, fishing, oldies, and Spanish pop. I married the love of my life in Los Angeles in 2014 and we moved across the country to Philadelphia, where I have been a postdoctoral instructor and researcher in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Pennsylvania.
