ahyun@sas.upenn.eduAhyun received her B.S. in Biological Science at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in South Korea. She received her Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California, studying the peripheral, central and developmental alterations following simple sugar exposure. As a postdoctoral fellow in Betley lab at the University of Pennsylvania, she is interested in exploring the neurobiological mechanisms underlying homeostatic and non-homeostatic food intake and their regulation.
