Clare grew up in Haddon Township, New Jersey and received a B.S. in Chemistry from Haverford College. During her undergraduate career, Clare synthesized and discovered novel metal halide perovskites using a high-throughput workflow under the mentorship of Professor Alex Norquist.
Currently, Clare is studying interfacial charge transfer at dye-sensitized photoanodes for overall water splitting. Outside of the lab, Clare enjoys crocheting, reading, and going on walks.
