Miranda Wright grew up in the Maryland suburbs of DC. She completed her B.A. in Chemistry at Washington University in St. Louis. There, she investigated charge carrier dynamics in quantum confined nanomaterials under Dr. Richard Loomis. Currently, Miranda is studying the mechanism of water dissociation in bipolar membranes with different catalyst materials. Outside of the lab Miranda enjoys cooking, reading and yoga.
