Single Insertion Lines and Traffic Lines
These spreadsheets provide the genomic location and accession numbers of lines transformed with the seed-specific markers NAP:eGFP and NAP:dsRED. Single insertion lines contain T-DNA(s) at a single site in the genome. Traffic Lines contain a pair of linked NAP:eGFP and NAP:dsRED transgenes. The generation, properties and uses of these lines are described in:
