Compensation

  • Pay Results By Organization View payroll result details by Organization.  Details include hours, hourly rate, earning amount, and gross.
  • Pay Results by Organization With Costing View payroll result details by Organization. Details include hours, hourly rate, earning amount, and gross pay. This report contains additional costing details for Penn Cost Center, Penn Fund, Penn Program and Penn CREF.
  • Pay Results By Worker View payroll result details for a Worker. Details include hours, hourly rate, earning amount, and gross pay. Note that this reports only on workers you support.
  • Pay Results by Worker with Costing View payroll result details for a Worker. Details include hours, hourly rate, earning amount, and gross pay. This report contains additional costing details for Penn Cost Center, Penn Fund, Penn Program and Penn CREF.
  • Compensation Plan Assignments with Actual End Dates in the FutureView organizations with employees who have assignments with actual end dates. You can narrow your search by entering a date range.
  • Employees with Zero or No CompensationFor one or more organizations that you manage or support, and optionally their subordinates, view each worker’scompensation package, whether the compensation is within guidelines, the pay range penetration, and the compa-ratio. Enables you to manage compensation at a broad level for an organization. Additional details for each worker include hire date, position, total base pay, total salary and allowances, base pay quartile, compensation plans, and elements associated with the compensation plans. As a related action on the worker, you can request compensation changes. Required prompt:Organization Optional prompts: View as of, Include Subordinate Organizations

Timesheet

  • Workers with Unsubmitted Time This advanced report enables time tracking administrators to identify workers who have unsubmitted time and returns 1 row per worker. The report uses the Indexed All Workers report data source and the Workers With Unsubmitted Time data source filter. Required prompts: Start Date, End Date, and Time Period to automatically filter report results. If you enter all 3 prompts, the report data source filters results by Time Period only.
  • All Timeblock Entries Use this report to review worker’s time blocks within a date range.
  • Reported Time Blocks for a Worker This report lists all timeblocks within a given date range for a Worker; includes Source.
  • Timeblocks with Override Rates Review system generated worker timeblocks that have a Calculated Override Rate. This report will only return workers that the current user manages or supports.
  • Timeblock Comments View any comments that were attached to a specific time blocks specified in the Start/End date prompts for the report.

Position and Staffing

  • View All Positions Provides information for position management Supervisory Organizations only. User may include open, frozen, and filled Positions as well as specify an effective date to include Positions available in the future. Closed Positions are not available.
  • Staffing Events for Organization Accesses the Staffing Event as its primary object and returns one row per staffing event. Includes all staffing events for organizations that the user manages or supports. Prompts the user at run-time for Organization, to Include Subordinate Organizations, Business Process Status and a Date Range to automatically filter the report results
  • Positions with Upcoming or Past Employment End Dates Shows employees with positions that have an employment end date within the next 30 days (or in the past) and has not yet been terminated or the position ended.

Students

  • Students with > 20 Scheduled Hours Review workers that are in the the “Student” job family group and who have an FTE% greater than 50%
  • Graduate Students with >= 87.5% Review workers in the Graduate Student job family that have an FTE of 87.5 or greater across all positions.
  • Work-Study Eligible Students This matrix report enables managers to view a student’s work-study eligibility status. Managers can drill down on the number of students that display in the donut chart to view additional details. Examples: Worker, work-study eligibility status, position, job profile, job family, manager. The report uses the Positions for HCM Reporting report data source.

  • Limited Service Employees Accesses the Worker as its primary object and returns one row per worker. Only Includes workers that are identified as a Limited Service Worker. Report includes the Time Off Balance associated with the Limited Service Time Off Plan.
  • Workers with Approved Address Change Flag – by Supv Org Report of all Workers with matching Primary and Home Work Address. Can by run by Employee Type, Supervisory Organization and/or Individual Worker.
