  • Rationale for Restructuring: Provide a clear rationale outlining the need for restructuring within your department. Highlight specific areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Position Elimination (if applicable): If any positions are considered for elimination, include a Position Discontinuation and Severance Taskforce (PDST) rationale, detailing the reasons behind it.
  • Organizational Structure: Submit both the current and proposed organizational structure using the provided template in the worksheet.
  • Salary Information and Cost Analysis: Present salary information for affected positions along with a summary indicating potential cost savings or increases resulting from the restructuring efforts.
