Diversity Equity Engagement at Penn in STEM, or DEEPenn STEM, is a graduate school preview event designed and dedicated to increasing the diversity in the representation of students pursuing post-baccalaureate graduate degrees in STEM-related disciplines.
Participants will:
Learn the “Penn roadmap to graduate school in STEM”
(i.e. why get a PhD, how to choose a school and program, how to prepare a competitive application)
Learn about life as a graduate student at Penn by networking with current students, post-doctoral scholars, staff, and distinguished faculty in STEM.
Get a look at the innovative and collaborative communities across research teams and STEM programs at Penn.
