Digital Signal Control Module

This module was developed to resolve a timing issue in an optical-video system, where the video system triggered the shutter too early, resulting in clipped video frames. The module reads the signal from the shutter controller and outputs a mirrored signal with an adjustable delay. By fine-tuning this delay, the shutter’s opening and closing can be precisely synchronized with the video capture, preventing clipping. This ensures that the ophthalmic video is fully synchronized and suitable for analysis.
