West Philadelphia High School: After a long hiatus, we have renewed our partnership with West Philly High with a new ABCS course called Everyday Psychology. This partnership includes Penn psychology majors supporting high school students in their Advanced Placement Psychology course. We visit the high school classroom every week for 10 weeks, bringing hands-on activities in topics including personality, social cognition, emotions, and development.
Paul Robeson High School: For 8 years, Everyday Neuroscience has collaborated with Paul Robeson High School, a public school, part of the Philadelphia School District. Robeson is located in West Philadelphia, within walking distance of Penn. The school has gained a strong reputation for providing students with rigorous, relevant and personalized educational experiences. The collaboration of Everyday Neuroscience and the Robeson High School science team were awarded Penn’s Provost-Netter prize for Faculty-Community Partnerships:

The Netter Center for Community Partnerships is Penn’s core facility to foster beneficial relationships between the university and the local community. The Netter Center has made this, and many other, ABCS courses possible through logistical support, fostering partnerships, and support of teaching assistants.
