Below you will find links to the Chile-Cog Methodology Document, Questionnaires, and Data. The study protocol consisted of two parts, Chile-Cog, and an informant interview. All study participants were administered the Chile-Cog questionnaire and an attempt was made to obtain informant interviews for all respondents. Further detail is provided in the methodology document.
