Building Connections with ASL Corpora
On Friday, March 6th, Jami Fisher (Penn), Julie Hochgesang (Gallaudet), and Meredith Tamminga (Penn) will be hosting a workshop at Penn called “Building Connections with ASL Corpora.” Please join them for a series of talks about the linguistics and documentation of American Sign Language (ASL) that morning. The talk session will feature invited and local sign language researchers and will be followed by a pizza lunch. The presentations will be given in a mix of ASL and English and will also be interpreted. This event is open to the public, with no advance registration necessary.
