Alison is from Cranston, Rhode Island. She received her B.A. with honors from Boston University, where she worked in the Caradonna lab to complete her undergraduate thesis research. Her hobbies include scoping out restaurants and bars, trying new recipes, and traveling. During her time at Penn, she has been heavily involved in Penn Women+ in Chemistry, the Penn Chemistry Sunshine Committee, and Penn Science Policy and Diplomacy Group (PSPDG).
