The Chinese Language Table is hosted by the Chinese Language and Culture Club. Advised by the Chinese language program faculty, CLC is a student group at the University of Pennsylvania that aims to bring a welcoming space for Chinese learners. In addition to connecting experienced Chinese speakers with beginner learners, CLC will hold events that educate the Penn community about Chinese culture.
- Chinese Language Table on 11/21 (Fri.) at 1pm-2pm in Williams Hall, Room 202
- The Chinese Language and Culture club invites students to celebrate the season of Thanksgiving through Chinese language and culture! This cozy language table will focus on learning how to express gratitude in Chinese while enjoying warm fall-themed treats. Students will practice conversational phrases and write what they’re thankful for/thank you notes to put on a “Gratitude Tree.” Stop by to connect with other Chinese language learners and the Chinese language.

- Do you watch Chinese C-Dramas? What is your favorite C-Dramas? Come to learn about the genres of popular C-dramas and practice Chinese through re-acting C-dramas scenes with your fellow Chinese classmates!
