Mental Health Workshop “De-stress during stressful time

Location: Annenberg 110

Seven nurse practitioner students will lead sessions on meditation, sleep hygiene, mindfulness, nutrition, and self-care for students. Engage in Kahoot games with the chance to win exciting prizes! Join us for delightful desserts and refreshing bubble tea.
