What to expect

We are offering an exciting summer internship opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the business side of the entertainment industry and aspire to a career in representation. Our interns will gain hands-on experience by supporting our team of managers and their assistants, engaging in a variety of tasks that are essential to our operations and creative processes. This position is in person, at our office located in Century City, CA. We expect interns to work 24 hours per week (schedule flexible).

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assist managers and their assistants with daily tasks and administrative support.
  • Read scripts and provide detailed coverage.
  • Help construct talent grids for various projects.
  • Conduct research to identify potential signing targets.
  • Evaluate the potential of signing targets and compile findings.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings.
  • Learn the art of pitching and participate in pitch preparations.

Who We are Looking For

  • Current student with a strong interest in the entertainment industry, particularly in talent representation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges and learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research tools.
