UTA unites ideas, opportunities, and talent. We will host one internship session starting June 17, 2023. This is an eight-week program.
What to expect
The RealArts@Penn UTA internship will expose you to a wide variety of business practices in the field of entertainment. Interns receive formal instruction on the fundamentals of the talent agency business and how to work within it. Our interns will have the opportunity to work cross-departmentally on projects and research addressing client and business needs. In addition to a wealth of industry-specific knowledge, interns will learn to be resourceful, resilient, and collaborative.
Interns will support the company across all departments and participate in UTA University programming, the in-house education program. The Internship will also entail assisting with a variety of daily administrative tasks and special projects as needed, providing hands-on experience and exposure to the work that can be expected as a full-time employee.
